Today I am sharing a few outfit ideas that I have put together for my little girl. As the seasons change,there comes new shopping trip for the new season appropriate clothes. There was not much change in the weather in early October but now it is raining and definitely getting cooler. The outfits are perfect for going to school or weekend trips or even for family portraits. Almost all the pieces are from Gap,Carters and Old Navy except for a few ones which are from elsewhere and is mentioned in the details below.
So, for the first outfit I have a plaid top from Old Navy which speaks fall.I love these colors and they look really good in pictures. I paired it up with a dark wash jeans which are very stretchy and also have elasticized waist which my daughter likes and the dark wash is perfect for fall/winter . The brown boots are from See Kai Run and they are from last year . They might be available this year too at a few places and I have listed some below.This outfit is perfect for a visit to the pumpkin patch or a family photo session.

The second outfit is inspired by the fall trend, buffalo checkered pattern top which is long sleeved. To go with that I had this teal leggings from tea collection that I ordered during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale.It might be sold out at Nordstrom but available on the Tea collection website.These are the most comfortable pair of leggings .They are not too thin nor thick but just about right and they stretch very well. The shoes are from freshly picked-Next step line and they go perfectly with the black and the teal. Oh, did I mention the top is from Carters.

This third outfit is a simple and casual with a denim shirt , leggings and sneakers.These days denim on denim is also a cool thing so, you can never go wrong styling a denim shirt.I was looking for a denim shirt in a darker wash but I did’t find any at the time I was looking for one.There were only lighter wash available everywhere and I didn’t want one of those.When I saw this shirt, I thought it was really adorable and very light(not too heavy) with the cutest looking buttons.Even though it’s not darker shade I still bought it for the style.The sleeves can also be rolled up and has a snap button to secure it.I chose the bright pink leggings for this look but a floral leggings will also look great.Sneakers are the best style of shoes for this look.

The last outfit is another family picture appropriate which is also bright and cheerful. It gives that well dressed look . I love the peter pan collar anything and this top is even more adorable with the floral pattern on the collar.I also like the navy stripes on it which surely brightens up the mood on a gloomy, cloudy fall/winter days. Here, I paired it up with a knit black faux denim leggings. I am also thinking of pairing it up with denim overalls (here) in the winter.The shoes here are also from last year but any pink dress shoes will go perfectly with this outfit.The Pediped shoes are the most comfortable shoes and my daughter prefers wearing them all the time.No wonder they are the award winning shoe makers.

I hope you liked these outfit ideas.I love dressing up my little girl and now she is at that age where she acts like an absolute teenager obsessed with everything girly.So, she loves dressing up too which makes me so happy because dressing up can now be fun for both of us.
