My favorites from baby/toddler GAP

Hello there !!

This past weekend we decided to stay back home and have a relaxed day. There was lots to do around the house plus it was a much needed break from all the traveling around the city we have been doing over the past couple of months. Can any thing be more relaxing than retail therapy? Long story short, there was a change of plan and we decided to go shopping at the mall. I wanted a few basic pieces for my toddler, so we headed straight over to the GAP store. GAP is a place where, not only I find in style pieces that can be easily paired up but also I find quality clothes. They do have some offers going on very often and for the quality and style I would pay that price. In today’s post I am sharing a few favourites from my recent purchase.

1. Eyelet border top

They are soft cotton material and comes in a few colors other than this fuchsia one in the photo. I love the eyelet designs on it and looks great with either jeans or leggings paired with a denim jacket and sneakers/boots.

2. High Stretch Jeggings

My daughter is skinny at the waist so, I have a hard time finding jeans/pants for her.The length and waist are always a mismatch.Even though some jeans have the adjustable waist, having it adjusted makes her feel really uncomfortable. So, these jeggings are a perfect find. The elastic makes things extremely comfortable and they fit right both on the waist and lengthwise. They come in a couple of other washes too but I liked this one the best for fall/winter.

3. Tulle skirt

Everyone knows little girls love their tutus. My daughter loves these tulle skirts so much that she wears it the moment she wakes up in the morning. It’s like a toddler girl’s fashion staple. We found this pretty pink colored one at the store and I instantly loved it. She did not have that colored skirt, so it was sort of a must have item 🙂 They also have a ivory color and we got it last year. The best thing about these skirts from GAP is that they have a cotton lining underneath the tulle unlike the ones with polyester lining. It is so comfortable for  babies/toddlers to wear the skirt alone without leggings.

4. Classic leggings

I bought a few of these classic leggings and my favorite print is the one with girls face on it. It looks so adorable and again goes well paired with a tee, denim jacket and sneakers. The perfect back to school outfit ! Most of these leggings are super soft and comfortable (except for a few prints which are not as soft ).They come in a lot of other prints and solid colors too.

5. ABC animal pajamas

I was not planning to buy pajamas for my daughter until we are actually into the fall but when I saw these ABC animal set I couldn’t keep myself from buying it. They are not only the cutest but the alphabets are shaped to look like animals which makes it more fun. Not very often you find ABC’s on a toddler’s pajama.I would say this is the most favorite item out of my entire purchase.

These were a few favorites from my GAP purchase. I love to shop for my daughter even more than I love shopping for myself because, I love to dress her up and they have the cutest clothes for the little girls.

Hope you enjoyed reading this post!
