There is nothing like going to the beach on a hot summer day especially in San Francisco,where you have to wear a jacket whenever you are near the ocean. We decided to take a weekend trip to Crissy Fields which is a very popular beach in San Francisco.The best thing about this beach is that you get a spectacular view of the Golden Gate Bridge( provided its not foggy :-p )
The little one is always excited to go to beach as she gets to play in the sand.Who doesn’t like playing in the sand , right? Parking here is not a problem as they have many open parking spots.They do have a cafe just in case you want to have a drink or grab something to eat.
In summer, you get an amazing view of the wind surfers riding on the blue waters.
Its a fun place to relax and enjoy the sun,water and air. After fun day at the beach we stopped by the Ghiradelli square for a quick bite of ice cream.The place was crowded as always but we were able to place an order within 5 minutes of waiting in line and then we waited forever for our order to be served. It was worth it!
